Listen Labs pricing in 2026: what it actually costs

By Mayank Mehta, Founder and CEO, Gather · Published August 18, 2026 · Last updated August 18, 2026 · 6 min read

Short answer: Listen Labs does not publish pricing at time of writing. You will get a custom quote after a sales conversation. Below is how this category prices, what drives the number, the costs nobody quotes you, and our own published pricing so you have at least one public benchmark.

What Listen Labs publishes

Nothing specific, as of August 18, 2026. Their site routes to a demo request or a contact form.

For context on the company: Listen Labs is a ai-moderated interviews tool. AI-moderated qualitative interviews at survey scale. Ahrefs shows Domain Rating 60 and 1,264 referring domains in August 2026.

I am not going to invent a number. If you find a specific figure quoted elsewhere, check whether it is a real quote from a real deal or somebody's guess repeated until it looked like a fact.

How this category actually prices

Having bought and sold in this space, the number comes down to four inputs.

Response volume. The single biggest driver. A study with 40 respondents and one with 400 are different orders of cost.

Audience difficulty. A general consumer respondent is cheap. A mid-market CISO, a hospital procurement lead, or a CFO at a company over $500M is expensive, because the incentive has to be worth their hour. Expect several multiples.

Service level. Self serve platform, platform plus support, or fully managed. Managed engagements can double the platform number.

Commitment. Annual contracts price better per unit than one-off studies, which is why most vendors push you toward an annual.

The costs nobody quotes

This is the part I would model carefully, because it is usually larger than the license.

Add those up before comparing licence fees. On most teams the labour after the study is the larger number by a distance.

What to ask on the call

  1. What exactly is included at this price, and what is billed separately?
  2. What does a senior or hard-to-reach audience cost versus general population?
  3. Are incentives included in the quoted price or passed through?
  4. What is the per-study cost outside the annual commitment?
  5. What happens to my data and my findings if I do not renew?
  6. Who does the analysis, and is a human reviewing the output?
  7. Can I run one real question as a paid pilot before committing to a year?

That last one matters most. Any vendor confident in their product will let you test on one real question.

Gather pricing, published

We publish because I hated being the buyer who could not tell whether he was in the right ballpark.

One credit is one real interview or four synthetic interviews. Additional credits come in $25,000 packages.

Every tier includes the same platform: AI-moderated research, the six living core assets, Emma in Slack, content and creative generation, and expert review on every output.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Listen Labs cost?

Listen Labs does not publish pricing on its site at time of writing, so there is no honest public number I can give you. You will go through a sales conversation and get a custom quote. Anyone publishing a specific Listen Labs price is guessing or quoting one deal. What I can tell you is how this category prices and what drives the number.

Why does Listen Labs hide pricing?

Same reason most of this category does. Deal sizes vary widely by volume, audience difficulty, and how much service is wrapped around the platform. It is not necessarily a red flag, but it does mean you cannot compare options without taking calls, and it makes budgeting harder.

What drives the price in this category?

Four things. Response volume, how hard your audience is to reach, whether you need managed service or self serve, and contract length. Senior B2B audiences cost several times what general consumer respondents cost, because incentives have to be higher.

What is the hidden cost?

The work after the readout. Somebody rewrites positioning, updates personas, rebuilds battlecards, and writes the report. That is four to six weeks of senior time that never appears on the invoice, and it recurs every study.

How does Gather price?

We publish it. B2B: $8,000 pilot for 100 interviews, then $50,000, $100,000, or $200,000 a year. B2C: $8,000 pilot for 400 interviews, then $25,000, $50,000, or $100,000. Customer Intelligence Model: $25,000 four week assessment, then $100,000 a year including 1,500 credits.

What is a credit worth?

One credit is one real interview, or four synthetic interviews. Credits draw down across interviews and content generation, so you choose the mix.

Is Gather cheaper than Listen Labs?

I genuinely do not know, because Listen Labs does not publish. What I can say is that our number is public, so you can check whether we are in your range before spending an hour on a call.

Try it on one real question

You do not have to replace anything to find out whether this works. Add Emma to Slack, ask her one question your team has actually been arguing about, and see what comes back the same day.
