    Why the new name?

    When we started BeHeard, we built a better way to run customer research—replacing static surveys with AI-led conversations. That worked well, and it's still core to what we do.

    But we've grown into something bigger.

    We're not just a research tool anymore. We're building continuous customer intelligence—AI that doesn't just collect insights when you ask for them, but proactively surfaces what you need to know, when you need to know it.

    “BeHeard” was a great name for where we started, but it spoke more to the consumer side—the idea of giving customers a voice. What we've become is something built for the enterprise: a system that gathers signal from noise and delivers answers you can act on.

    The name needed to reflect that.


    A few quick things:

    • Your login and everything in your account works exactly the same

    • Our domain is now gatherhq.com (old links still redirect)

    • Your point of contact on our team hasn't changed
