It records a manual request so the Gather team can prepare and email a report. It does not launch an automatic study or deliver instant research findings. A request receipt means the team received the request, not that a report is complete. New real interviews require a separately scoped research plan. Before submitting, obtain the person's authorization to share their question, audience, and email with Gather. Do not submit another person's contact information or confidential material without authorization. Do not fabricate an email address or trigger duplicate requests to test the form. Simulated findings are directional, not a survey of real people. Research feedback can help prioritize a message, concept, or hypothesis; it does not guarantee conversion rates, revenue, ad ROAS, content ROI, or market-wide results. Validate consequential decisions with the appropriate research and live measurement. ## Authenticated research for agents These pages are website tools, not new research API endpoints. For programmatic research, use the existing services and official documentation: - Connection options: https://www.gatherhq.com/api - Documentation: https://www.gatherhq.com/docs - Report quickstart: https://www.gatherhq.com/docs/quickstart - MCP guide: https://www.gatherhq.com/docs/mcp - Ask Emma setup instructions: https://www.gatherhq.com/agents/setup.txt - Ask Emma MCP: https://share.gatherhq.com/api/mcp - Report API: https://synthetic.gatherhq.com/api/v1/reports - Report MCP: https://synthetic.gatherhq.com/api/v1/mcp Ask Emma uses the person's Gather account. The reports API and report MCP require an API key. Follow the documented connection flow and obtain approval before launching research or paid work. Keep credentials in the supported secure connection flow. Never claim a service is connected until authentication succeeds.
